Flyhigh Fitness
Based on circuit/bootcamp style training, the equipment we use is resistance bands, dumbells, swiss balls, bosu balls, flyhigh belt and more!
The programme is a variety low impact and cardio, changed regularly so it’s always fun and challenging. On nice days we use east end reserve as our playground.
You have the option to get 5+ friends or colleges together for a private group session. Please enquire within if this is something you are interested in, and we can secure a date and plan to suit your needs.
